Aeverie's Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie

-Gluten Free
-Dairy Free
-Peanut Free
-Tree Nut Free
-Soy Free
Preheat Oven to 350º
Bake Time : 10-13 minutes
Makes approximately 24 cookies

​Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cup : Gluten Free Flour (Namaste Perfect Flour Blend)
  • 1 teaspoon : Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon : Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) : Dairy-Free Butter at room temperature
  •                                (butter can be found soy-free through link also)
  • 1/2 teaspoon : Salt (omit if butter has salt)
  • 1/2 cup : firmly packed Cane Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons : Granulated Sugar or Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon : Vanilla
  • ​2 1/2 cup : Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or One Package

  1.  Cream together the cane sugar, light brown sugar, butter, egg & vanilla. Mix on high for approximately 1:30 minutes, until smooth. 
  2.  Gradually add GF Flour, baking soda & baking power to the creamy mixture in Step 1. Mix for approximately 2 minutes. 
  3.  Add all the chocolate chips your heart desires!
  4.  Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake.
  5.  Cool cookies on baking sheet for about 1 minute and then transfer to cooling racks.
