Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup : Gluten Free Flour (Namaste Perfect Flour Blend)
- 1 teaspoon : Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon : Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) : Dairy-Free Butter at room temperature
- (butter can be found soy-free through link also)
- 1/2 teaspoon : Salt (omit if butter has salt)
- 1/2 cup : firmly packed Cane Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons : Granulated Sugar or Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon : Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup : Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or One Package
- Cream together the cane sugar, light brown sugar, butter, egg & vanilla. Mix on high for approximately 1:30 minutes, until smooth.
- Gradually add GF Flour, baking soda & baking power to the creamy mixture in Step 1. Mix for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add all the chocolate chips your heart desires!
- Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake.
- Cool cookies on baking sheet for about 1 minute and then transfer to cooling racks.
