BArlean's Flaxseed Brownies

Ingredients:
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 6 tbsp Barlean's Flaxseed oil
- 4 pasture-raised eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped (about 2 bars)
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing medium bowl stir all wet ingredients- Coconut oil (melted and cooled down at room temp), maple syrup, flaxseed oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients- Cacao powder, coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda and chocolate chunks.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper (or cover pan well in butter) pour batter, spreading out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test... Remember the batter keeps baking after it's taken out of the oven. Let completely cool before cutting and taking out of the pan.
