Picture
                              Let's get Baking
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp Barlean's Flaxseed oil
  • 4 pasture-raised eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped (about 2 bars)
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  1. In a mixing medium bowl stir all wet ingredients- Coconut oil (melted and cooled down at room temp), maple syrup, flaxseed oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add dry ingredients- Cacao powder, coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda and chocolate chunks.
  3. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper (or cover pan well in butter) pour batter, spreading out evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test... Remember the batter keeps baking after it's taken out of the oven. Let completely cool before cutting and taking out of the pan.
