Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower Head
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup Daiya Chesse (I use mozzarella)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Tspb dried Oregano
- Preheat oven.
- Finely grate cauliflower head. Microwave for 5-7minutes after grated. Transfer warm cauliflower to a kitchen towel and wring the cauliflower until no water comes out.
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix until combine.
- Transfer onto baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape mixture into desired form with a spatula. It should be about 1/4" high.
- Bake for 20min and rotate and bake for 10min.
- Take out of oven and add pizza ingredients then place into oven for 5-7min.
