Cauliflower Pizza Crust

-Gluten Free
-Grain Free
-Paleo Friendly
-Dairy Free
-Soy Free
-Peanut and Treenut Free
​-Fish and Shellfish Free

Preheat Oven 425º
Total Bake Time 35-37min
​
Ingredients:
  • 1 Cauliflower Head
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Daiya Chesse (I use mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Tspb dried Oregano

  1.  Preheat oven. 
  2.  Finely grate cauliflower head. Microwave for 5-7minutes after grated. Transfer warm cauliflower to a kitchen towel and wring the cauliflower until no water comes out.
  3.  Add all ingredients to bowl and mix until combine.
  4.  Transfer onto baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5.  Shape mixture into desired form with a spatula. It should be about 1/4" high.
  6.  Bake for 20min and rotate and bake for 10min.
  7.  Take out of oven and add pizza ingredients then place into oven for 5-7min.
