Chia Pudding

Serving size: 3/4Cup topped with fruit of choice
- Gluten Free
​- Vegan
​- Grain Free
- Dairy Free
- Soy Free
- Egg Free
- Peanut / Treenut Free


​Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Good Karma Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds

  1.  Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar.
  2.  Shake well and let rest overnight.

Notes: I like Good Karma milk plus protein because of the added protein.
Keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks because it doesn't last that long.
