chilling lemon drop ice cream
- 4 cups Coyo yogurt (any creamy coconut yogurt will do)
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk (I used Nature's Charm)
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel + 1/2 teaspoon for garnish
- 1/4 cup Barleans Lemon Drop CBD
- Wash lemon skin very well and grated it, add everything to your blender (save 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel for garnish). Blend for about a minute to ensure everything is mixed well.
- If you have an ice cream maker and wish to eat it ASAP do it, but it's not necessary. Put the ice cream in a freezer safe container, Enjoy a few hours later or when you need the extra chilling.
