Chocolate chip baked oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • ​2 cups Zego Oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups your choice of unsweetened milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup sunbutter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup your choice of seeds
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 8x8 inch pan with a parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl add all wet ingredients, mix until well incorporated and then add dry ingredients, mix until well combined. Pour mixture into 8x8 prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, cut into squares, drizzle with your favorite sunbutter and Enjoy.
