Ingredients:
- 4lbs. Pork shoulder (I bought mine at Costco)
- 1cup Water
- 1cup Dr.Zevia (you can choose soda)
- 1 Orange, cut in 4's
- 1 whole Serrano
- 1/4 Red Onion (Do Not dice, place in as 1/4)
- 4 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Chili powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your pressure cooker/slow cooker.
- Secure lid.
- Slow cook on High for 5:30 hours.
- When done, take meat out and shred with two forks or hands.
- THROW OUT orange, serrano, and onion.
To Make Bowls:
Add red cabbage, red onion, avocado, and corn.
To Make Tacos:
Top with red cabbage and pico de gallo salsa.
