pumpkin spice overnight oats
Having something on the go isn't always a healthy idea, but i have a hack you will love. Im not a big oatmeal fan because I hate slimy oats, so I started making overnight oats in glass jar. Whats easier than putting everything in a jar and shaking it! Great right.
Ingredients needed *MAKES ONE SERVING*
Add everything into a glass jar shake it, but don't break it. Place in fridge and enjoy in the A.M.
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Good Karma Pumpkin Spice Egg Nog
- 1/2 cup Good Karma Plus Protein
- *YOU CAN USE ALL 1 CUP OF EGG NOG IF DESIRED*
- *I ALSO ADDED A SCOOP OF VANILLA EGG WHITE PROTEIN*
