Filling:
  • 3/4 cup Sunbutter
  • 4 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 tsp Agave
  • 4 tsp Powdered Sugar

  1.  Mix until thick paste
  2.  Make 1/2 Tbsp balls
  3.  Set Aside

Outside:
  • 1 package Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Tbsp Sunbutter

  1.  To melt chocolate chips, bring small pot to a boil and add chocolate chips to a heat resistant bowl. Place bowl on top of pot, and keep the heat low. **DO NOT LET BOWL TOUCH WATER IN POT**
  2.  Mix chocolate occasionally. Once chocolate is almost completely melted, add Sunbutter and mix in the chocolate until completely smooth.
  3.  Use silicone molds and add 1 tsp of melted chocolate into molds. Then place Sunbutter balls into the molds (slightly press to smush ball). Add chocolate to molds until it covers the Sunbutter ball filling.
  4.  Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
  5.  After, you can place the Sunbutter Cups into a Ziplock Bag after the hour has passed. Enjoy!
