Filling:
- 3/4 cup Sunbutter
- 4 tsp Vanilla
- 8 tsp Agave
- 4 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Mix until thick paste
- Make 1/2 Tbsp balls
- Set Aside
Outside:
- 1 package Chocolate Chips
- 6 Tbsp Sunbutter
- To melt chocolate chips, bring small pot to a boil and add chocolate chips to a heat resistant bowl. Place bowl on top of pot, and keep the heat low. **DO NOT LET BOWL TOUCH WATER IN POT**
- Mix chocolate occasionally. Once chocolate is almost completely melted, add Sunbutter and mix in the chocolate until completely smooth.
- Use silicone molds and add 1 tsp of melted chocolate into molds. Then place Sunbutter balls into the molds (slightly press to smush ball). Add chocolate to molds until it covers the Sunbutter ball filling.
- Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
- After, you can place the Sunbutter Cups into a Ziplock Bag after the hour has passed. Enjoy!
