No Bake Sunbutter Cream Pi

Ingredients:
  • ​1 Gluten Free Chocolate Cookie Crust or Graham Cracker Crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp) or *Daiya Cream Cheese (vegan)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Creamy Sunbutter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip  or *CocoWhip by SoDelicious (vegan)
  • 2 cups of sunbutter cups chopped

  1.  Mix cream cheese (daiya cream cheese), granulated sugar and sunbutter until smooth.
  2.  Add in vanilla extract, beating  until smooth and no lumps remain.
  3.  Add in Cool Whip (SoDelicious Coco Whip) and then stir in 1 and 1/2 cups  of the chopped sunbutter cups.**
  4.  Add filling to the pie crust and sprinkle remaining sunbutter cups on top of the pie.
  5.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting and serving.
