tigernut green smoothie
Ingredients
- 8-10 ounces of Homemade Greenies or your favorite green veggie powder (prepare according to the package)
- 4 Tablespoons Tigernut smoothie mix
- 1 Tablespoon Flax seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 8-10 Suprem Peeled Tigernuts
- 1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 Scoop Zint collagen
Directions
- Add your 8-10 ounces of Greenies to a blender along with Tiggenut smoothie, flax seeds, collagen and pumpkin seeds. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
- Being careful using a sharp knife slice your Supreme Peeled Tigernuts.
- Pour into your favorite glass and top with your chia seeds and sliced tigernuts.
