vegan lettuce wraps

Let's get something clear I hate the texture of tofu, but love the protein it has. As a vegetarian i'm always on the look out of good protein sources that meet my dietary needs as well. Our family also tries to eat most of our food organic or Non-gmo. Certification is a must. So here is a take on one way I have prepared tofu that is versatile to use in many ways. From low carb tacos, bowls, side dish and many more. Share with me some of you favorite ways to pair it when you make it.
Ingredients
  • 1 package 12 or 14 ounce EXTRA FIRM TOFU
  • 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
  • 2 Tablespoons San-J Gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (I love spicy so I do 1 Tablespoon or more sometimes)
  • *Optional 2 Garlic cloves*
