Recipe can be easily doubled!

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 14oz cans of Coconut Milk 30% fat
  • 4 Probiotic Capsules (or yogurt starter) 
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

  1.  Heat up over  a stove in pot: coconut milk and sugar. DO NOT BOIL. It should reach about 200ºF. You can stick your finger in it.
  2.  You add in the gelatin and whisk it well to incorporate.
  3.  Let the pot cool to about 90ºF. NO LESS that 90º. You add in the probiotic and whisk well to incorporate. 
  4.  Place in glass jars.
  5.  Put glass jars in yogurt maker for about 24 hours. Follow directions on your yogurt maker.

Note:
The temperatures are important because it kills the bacteria.
Also I use 10billion probiotic capsules and only 4 of them, as it mentions to use in the recipe.
