Ingredients:
- 2 - 14oz cans of Coconut Milk 30% fat
- 4 Probiotic Capsules (or yogurt starter)
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Heat up over a stove in pot: coconut milk and sugar. DO NOT BOIL. It should reach about 200ºF. You can stick your finger in it.
- You add in the gelatin and whisk it well to incorporate.
- Let the pot cool to about 90ºF. NO LESS that 90º. You add in the probiotic and whisk well to incorporate.
- Place in glass jars.
- Put glass jars in yogurt maker for about 24 hours. Follow directions on your yogurt maker.
