Impulse Angels

Four years ago I enrolled Aeverie into dance classes at Impulse Dance Center. The experience we've had for 4 years now has been incredible. Impulse Dance Center also provides a program specially made for kids with mental disabilities and physical limitations regardless of age. I decided to interview Alexa Marsh- founder, owner and director. I hope the interview gives you more of an insight on how Alexa and her team strive to make the experience at Impulse for Aeverie and her peers amazing, as well as an insight to Impulse Angels.

Quinoa Queen

We came across this cereal after searching for a cheerio substitute that was gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, tree nut free, and non-GMO. That's when I found Quinoa Queen! They are a ONE ingredient cereal... quinoa. They are exactly what we needed. This company is dedicated gluten free, dairy free, nut free, non-GMO, vegan, whole grain, no trans fat and preservative free! The quinoa comes from the Andean mountains of Ecuador. Quinoa is the most protein-rich foods available; it contains all nine essential amino acids and it has almost twice the fiber of other grains. Most kids with Food Protein induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES) can have Quinoa Queen, especially since it only has quinoa as the ingredient. Here is the link to my recipe using Quinoa Queen original cereal!
